Reynolds Building
The Reynolds Building was constructed in 1892 as part of Springville’s economic railroad boom. Designed in the Romanesque Revival style by architect Richard Kletting, who also designed the Utah State Capitol, it was the largest mercantile south of Salt Lake City and sold commodities such as clothes, furniture, dry goods and more. The upper floor hosted town gatherings such as dances and other social events. The Reynolds Building continues to be a social hub for the community in its housing of local restaurants and businesses.
